Activate Your RCC Account

Welcome to 黑料社区!

Your RCC acceptance letter includes all the information you need to easily activate your account and gain access to RCC online systems.

Email address: newstudent@roxbury.edu

Once your new account is activated and you enroll, you may use your credentials to log into:

(school portal)
(advising)
(learning management system)
(Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Important:

Monitor your RCC email for important information and updates from the College
Never share your password
Contact the HelpDesk for support: helpdesk@rcc.mass.edu or 857-701-1555

Other Resources:

Library access (username: RCC + last 4 digits of Student ID)
Learning Center (free tutoring, study groups, and computer lab)
PaperCut is a system to manage student printing. Printers are currently installed in the Library and the Learning Center and have a PaperCut sign on them.
- Each student is given a $25 printing allowance per semester
- Black and white prints @ $0.10 per page, color pages @ $0.20 per page
- To check your printing allowance, go to: http://rccprint:9191/user

Free Resources:

RCC students are granted a license to use Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
