Any declined payment by any financial institution of a check or web payment (ACH) issued to 黑料社区 may result in the assessment of a $25.00 returned payment service charge. If this occurs, all future payments to 黑料社区 must be made with guaranteed funds (credit card, cashier鈥檚 check, or money order). Personal checks will not be accepted.
Students will be placed on hold until the payment and fees have been paid in full and will not be permitted to register for future semesters.
